    Requirements:
    - First level university degree or equivalent experience;
    - Min. 3 years of related experience in Administration would be considered an advantage;
    - Advanced English language;
    - Very good communication skills;
    - Good command of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Power Point;
    - Planning and organization skills;
    - High level of accuracy, attention to detail;
    - Developed problem-solving;
    - Ability to work under pressure.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:
    - Acts as a first point of contact for the management and for the employees;
    - Responsible for logistic and administrative tasks for the management meetings and hub visits: keeping the agenda and plan rooms, preparing minutes of the meeting, keeping the timing/priority during meetings, overall coordination of any hub visit, reservations;
    - Representing management in various hub-wide committees;
    - Supporting management activities, administrating and centralizing documents;
    - Ordering office supplies, equipment and PC for new employees;
    - Managing seats inventory for the allocated building and coordinating seats reshuffles;
    - Submitting IT tickets for any issues regarding the allocated building, including IT tickets for broken laptops and phone extensions.
