    Requirements

    -University degree;
    -Very good command of written and spoken English - advanced level;
    -Good command of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
    -Initiative and problem solving skills;
    -Outstanding organizational, communication and interpersonal skills;
    -Strong sense of responsibility, efficiency and flexibility.

    Responsibilities

    -Answer, screen and direct incoming calls;
    -Take and deliver messages to internal clients;
    -Organize and manage the directorial office’s agenda (if required);
    -Offer administrative support for Legal department;
    -Receive Company’s business partners and guests and coordinate the protocol activities;
    -Coordinate reservations of conference rooms;
    -Offer support to all internal departments and external partners of the company;
    -Translate materials and documents, as requested by superiors (English - Romanian and vice versa);
    -Perform general clerical duties, such as faxing, photocopying, editing, filing;
    -Receive, sort and process incoming and outgoing mail.
