    Limba Engleza la nivel mediu;
    Bune abilitati de comunicare si relationare cu publicul;
    Prezenta placuta, atitudine pozitiva si orientare catre client;
    Bune abilitati de organizare si atentie distributiva bine dezvoltata;
    Abilitati de operare PC si bune cunostinte de utilizare a pachetului Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
    Experienta pe o pozitie asemanatoare (experienta ca receptionera in domeniul medical reprezinta avantaj);
    Cunostinte de contabilitate primara (avantaj).

    Responsabilitati

    Preluarea apelurilor telefonice si furnizarea informatiilor solicitate;
    Efectuarea si gestionarea programarilor;
    Intampinarea pacientilor la clinica si indrumarea acestora;
    Asigurarea conditiilor de protocol pentru invitati;
    Incasarea platilor de la clienti si emiterea bonurilor fiscale;
    Gestionarea comenzilor de taxi;
    Efectuarea de deconturi de transport pentru pacienti si verificarea bonurilor aduse de catre acestia;
    Preluarea/Trimiterea corespondentei si distribuirea ei in cadrul firmei;
    Intocmirea zilnica a registrului de casa si a rapoartelor privind incasarile.
