    Cerinte

    University degree in Psychology, Economics or Law;
    HR Inspector certificate – nice to have;
    Previous experience in automotive/ trading & commerce/ retail/recruiting agencies;
    Previous exposure to HR projects;
    English – advanced (fluent).

    Responsabilitati

    Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and termination of processes;
    Ensuring new hire / terminations documents are completed and processed;
    Processing all personnel documents and proper approval;
    Preparing the reports related to time & attendance system;
    Elaborating the reports related to recruiting projects;
    Elaborating all the documents and steps related to recruiting projects;
    Screening of resumes, database organizing;
    Preparing and ensuring the communication (written / verbal) with the pool of candidates;
    Responsible for posting documents related to HR processes / projects.
