English language – advanced (C1)
Training and coaching skills (Train of Trainers or similar)
Commercial experience is a plus (sales, purchasing)

Availability for travel (30-40%)

To implement the programs of DARE International Trade within DARE Academy, based on the agreed concept and structure
 To coordinate efficiently the programs and sessions using the given resources of DARE International Trade
 To adapt the training depending on the progress of participants and whenever necessary
 To propose when necessary improvement for the training material and training programs
 To represent and transmit Veo values to the participants
 To actively participate in all events (ex. Recruitment Days, team building sessions, assessment sessions) organized by DARE International Trade
 To maintain the level of communication and information between participants, team leaders, managers and DARE team, for the proper functioning of each activity
 To organize and participate in occasional events and projects of the DARE Academy Trade and Veo Worldwide Services
 To provide permanent coaching & mentoring with the participants after completion of training
