    Responsabilitati

    Sourcing and approaching suitable candidates
    Take ownership of the candidate research cycle and subsequent delivery of high caliber individuals to the lead recruiter
    Establish the best sourcing channels (conventional and social-media channels)
    Providing constructive and valuable research reports for Recruitment projects
    Maintaining up-to-date and accurate candidate data on recruitment database
    Contribute to recruitment practices and hopefully come up with new ideas
    Active participation in technical trainings, recruitment labs and of course our legendary parties!
