MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

- University graduate or equivalent in Engineering;
- TPM experience;
- Minimum 3- 5 years work experience in a factory environment, front line (preferable in food industry);
- Good knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and industrial standards;
- Good PC utilization skills (excel, statistics know-how), PLC programming automation;
- Excellent leadership and management skills;
- Fluent in English, written and spoken;
- Honest, high personal integrity, results focus;
- Committed.

- Ensure the best conditions of all equipment’s;
- Ensure that necessary documents of all equipment, buildings, infrastructure and utilities are properly done;
- Participate to Maintenance meeting with the purpose to improve engineering performance;
- Provides creative and innovative solutions for maintenance items;
- Identify and optimize necessary stock and availability of the spare parts in order to ensure highest reliability at lowest costs;
- Assists in planning acquisitions and installation of new equipment;
- Carry out break down analysis in order to optimize Preventive Maintenance Plans and Predictive Maintenance activities;
- Promotes equipment standardization;
- Assessing the needs for equipment replacements and establish replacement programs when due;
- Assessing required skills for maintenance personnel;
- Responsible for the 3-rd parts contractors to follow Nestle and legal SHE and Q requirements;
- Training and coaching for Planned Maintenance pillar, according with TPM reference guide;
- ISCIR, elaborates unique registry of recording equipment;
- Authorizes equipment from ISCIR point of view;
- PSI responsible PSI in accordance with Romanian Law.
