    Requirements

    Knowledge of Customer Service principles and processes. 
    Experience with handling of export orders.
    Export control knowledge.
    Experience with ERP systems preferably SAP
    Advanced Microsoft Office skills
    Good communication and team spirit
    Advanced English skills

    Responsibilities

    Take individual responsibilities for a dedicated number of accounts.
    Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests primarily via e-mail/SalesForce Service Cloud cases and phone.
    Take ownership to ensure customers receive a high level of service at all times.
    Receive, validate and book orders in line with customer agreements.
    Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
    Direct requests and unresolved issues to internal departments/stakeholders and follow up until resolved.
    Follow up customer orders with internal functions on time and update customers regularly and proactively.
    Support projects and process improvements to increase customer experience and productivity.
