    Requirements

    • At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in an Online company
    • Experience with characterizing and analyzing the market needs, locating opportunities, penetrating to new markets and increasing
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and cognitive flexibility
    • “Out of the Box” thinking, takes a “Can Do” approach, proactive, possess leadership skills and quick learning ability
    • Solid approach for achieving objectives and goals
    • Being Agile: Familiarity with Scrum
    •Computer Science degree or equivalent from a leading institution

    A plus:
    • UX: Previous experience with Axure
    • Previous experience with Online optimization and A / B testing and Pixel tracking
    • Experience with Gambling / Financial Market / Online Products
    • Mobile apps experience – big advantage

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities
    • Owing the vision of the product and ensuring requirements are defined
    • Work closely with Acquisition, PMO, Finance, Legal, Marketing and R&D internally
    • Communicate statuses and releases notes for all stakeholders
    • Online KPI’s Analysis of acquisition funnels and conversion rates
    • Release Planning - providing and refining estimations for, features, epics and stories. Prioritizes product backlog and supports the release planning and sprint planning exercises
    • Ensuring all sprints are aligned with all internal departments in order that all delivered can be fully serviced and effectively marketed into live
