COMMERCIAL ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

Main responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, plan, organize, implement and manage a training need program (i.e.: training courses, in-house seminars) for all Sales function departments, in line with changing business, organizational and individual needs, in order to develop the knowledge, skills and behavior of the field force’s members;
- Propose, agree and coordinate the entire on-the-job training process for entire field sales force, monitoring the progress and identifying needs for future training;
- Plan, develop, maintain and regularly update the library of existing manuals and training support materials, including the on-line training tools;
- Continuously gather and apply latest training techniques;
- Administer the training process, materials and attendance;
- Manage all training materials required for non-PM employees based on annual and seasonal objectives, in order to contribute to achievement of company business goals;
- Identify the current level of performance and training needs of Philip Morris contracted distributors’ sales force and establish the training plan accordingly;
- Take an active part in the recruitment process for Sales function positions;
- Ensure smooth running of Performance Management & Talent Management annual cycles for Sales department;
- Actively participate together with the management team in building yearly training budget;
- Analyze current policies, procedures and practices, based on experience and findings gained in the field, identify and propose solutions for improvement and changes.
Qualifications:
- University degree;
- Minimum 4 years work experience in Field Sales, out of which minimum 2 years’ experience in classroom and field training;
- Very good presentation skills;
- High degree of customer service orientation and pro-activeness;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Feel comfortable working in a team;
- Excellent English knowledge;
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office);
- Driving license B category. Clean driving record.
