Develop and lead the AMCS test automation strategy and architecture
•Implement, manage and deliver test automation objectives against product release goals
•Develop, manage and deliver processes for automation of regression testing
•Maintain live KPIs on test status, burn-down and coverage for each release

•Coach and mentor test teams in best in practice use of Microsoft tools for performance and functional testing (e.g. visual studio coded UI, C# code, Microsoft test manager)
•In cooperation with the BA, Product Management and Development teams, drive processes and practices throughout the SDLC to improve product quality and testability.

•Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
•Minimum 5 years’ experience in software testing/QA environment with at least two years as lead in automated testing and test team management for enterprise level software systems.
•Experience in delivery of automated functional and performance testing projects through to product release
•Experience in using Microsoft TFS and MTM as part of the software release management tool set
•Excellent communication and management skills
•Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment
•Experience of test automation on a Microsoft technology stack (.Net, WPF, C# and SQL) using Microsoft tools (TFS and MTM) would be a distinct advantage.
