The incumbent, working very closely with Brand Activation Manager, is responsible for providing support in translating brand strategies into annual activation plans, programs development and implementation, and for their delivery against the brand objectives.
The job holder will provide support in the process of development of the brand activation programs and necessary support materials including consumer promotions, mechanics and materials for consumer engagement and trade engagement related to set brand objectives, communication materials, POSMs from creative development up to color proofs, events development.
Additionally, the position holder will assist the Brand Activation Manager in monitoring the program budget and its effective spending.
• University degree (preferably in Economics; Marketing degree represents an advantage)
• Minimum 2 years of Brand related experience within FMCG industry
• Good brand related knowledge (brand positioning and activation tools)
• Project management skills and experience
• Highly developed communication skills
• Proactive attitude
• Very good English knowledge
• MS Office skills
