    Grow with US within our Order to Cash team who manage and carry out the entire order to cash process for Europe. Working within a team of 20 associates, you will specialise in either of the following areas:

    Order to Cash Associate - Service Monitoring:

    Grow with US as an Order to Cash Associate, supporting the Global Business Services strategic objectives.

    WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

    Working within our OTC team as Order to Cash Associate you will be part of our success by:

    Customers and Operations:
    Continuously monitoring product availability related to customer orders to identify, analyze, and resolve issues as appropriate
    Working with Kellogg’s Supply Chain organization to decide and implement appropriate solutions to avoid order shortages
    Ensuring proactive communication to customer via Customer Associate for stock related issues for orders
    Participating in cross-functional meetings to decide allocation strategy in case of critical supply constraints and execute agreed actions
    Monitoring service, identify opportunities for improvement, participate in meetings, and collaborate with Kellogg’s Supply Chain organization to improve service levels
    Managing the Critical Case Priority process
    Communicating supply issues with OTC Front Office Lead during order process
    Managing the use of SAP by leveraging tools and data
    Identifying solutions to enhance customer service initiatives and build consistent, flexible service
    Being responsible for preparation of Track to Forecast plan, liaise with several internal stakeholders and BO Lead before releasing it
    Capability-Building and Innovation:
    Building individual skills and capabilities through learning opportunities such as training courses and on-the-job training; strive to be a process champion or expert for the end-to-end OTC process
    Contributing to the overall learning of the OTC Team through sharing of best work practices and peer-to-peer coaching
    Supporting implementation of improvements for process efficiency, quality and control Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    Working on special projects and continuous improvement initiatives; identify opportunities to make the processes more effective
    Participating in pilots or service rehearsals before major changes are implemented; conduct system testing for technology upgrades

    WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?

    Required:
    University Degree
    Excellent office skills, MS Office
    Strong verbal and written communication skills
    Language Skills:
    English
    Two second languages: Spanish, Italian, French or German (depending on specific market assignment)
    2-3 years of experience in a related field
    Ability to work in a multi-task team environment
    Solid analytical, problem solving and time management skills
    Strong SAP knowledge. This may include Master Data, Order to Cash, APO, Return Transactions, Order Management, Pricing, Reserve systems and Contract Manufacturer
    Strong negotiation and decision making skills
    Computer skills, including experience with ERP systems and MS Office
    Preferred:
    Experience working in a shared services, process driven or service center environment
    Expertise in Order-to-Cash function including best practices, technologies, processes, procedures and tools
    Experience working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationally preferred
    Processed and Packaged foods industry experience
    Ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities and specific time constraints
    Solid time management skills
