    We are looking for new colleagues to join our project that will be focus on providing customer support. This can be a great opportunity for you to practice your language skills in a day-to-day communication with native speakers!
    Your role as a Customer Support Specialist will be to support our customers in day by day operations with specific tools. You will be responsible for solving the requests, following up on solutions and communicate in a timely, professional and complete manner.
    You will be a part of a young team – people who will share the same motivation and will face the same challenge as you!

    Responsabilitati

    In turn we would like you to have:
    • Fluency in English and a beginner level of Czech language
    • Proficient in relevant computer applications (Internet Explorer, Outlook usage, Microsoft Office);
    • Active listening skills
    • Detail-oriented and analytical;
    • Positive ‘can-do’ approach;
    • Customer service orientation;
