    We are expecting you to have:
    This positions requires good organizational skills, excellent English verbal and writing ability, ability to set priorities and work independently in a fast-paced and highly formal environment and strong work ethic. The successful candidate will have outstanding interpersonal and communications skills and be able to handle confidential information, A bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of high-level admin/executive support experience is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. Attention to details and ability to produce work products that are accurate and in accordance with procedures and high standard, Advanced level performance in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

    Responsabilitati

    Your administrative duties will include: manages the entire business correspondence of the manager and his team, handles the manager’s meetings, organizing his agenda, prepares invoices for clients based on the information provided by the manager, transcribes and multiplies internal documents as requested by the manager, ensures protocol in meetings, composing letters, memos and reports; arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate; meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority; organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments; dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager; carrying out background research and presenting findings; producing documents, briefing papers.
