• Take meaningful responsibility for shaping and executing upon our strategy and operations
• Quick and high quality analysis and presentation creation using advanced Excel, PowerPoint and visualization software is a must
• Ability to dive into large volumes of data and develop actionable insights for the business are key to success in this role
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, and visual tools (such as Qlik), is preferred
• Ability to learn how to use Salesforce.com for report and dashboard creation
• Experience (and preferably an enjoyment of) balancing numerous different priorities and demands
• Undergraduate degree
• 0 – 2 years of work experience
• Experience at an enterprise software, SaaS, or consumer internet company is preferred
• High-energy, team-first, positive attitude

• Develop operational dashboards to provide weekly insights into the rhythm of the business (track KPIs and highlight levers to move)
o Tracking booking and revenue contributions
• Management of forecasts and weekly cadence of the business
• Managing and streamlining sales processes
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and Product Development Teams
• Ability to work with groups outside the Academic Group to find gain access to new metrics and tools as needed
• Identify the 80/20 opportunities to reach insightful, actionable answers without boiling the ocean with analysis overload
