    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree and 3-6 years of progressive professional experience.
    • Proactive professional, with proven experience (3-6 years) in a Client/partner interaction role and ability to perform with minimum supervision in multiple projects.
    • Strong Proven experience in developing and executing Marketing and Communication plan
    • Excellent English written skills
    • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks and initiatives;
    • Must be proficient in understanding of the education industry (audiences, offerings, formats)
    • Works well with moderate supervision/guidance;
    • Ability to working with PTC University team and larger ecosystem
    • Ability to work with different communication tools (Sharepoint…)

    Responsibilities

    • Define and roll out ongoing global program Communication and marketing for the year, covering both on going communication, updates and announcements
    o Review frequently the partner portal and website through constant updates
    o Organize and lead Partner quarterly Webcasts
    o Create articles, prepare and send the quarterly partner’s newsletter
    o Track communication metrics (Sharepoint hits/use)
    o Partner program updates: Support the roll out of new offerings with communication and marketing assets with partners (ATP and resellers)
    • Launch and implement focused marketing campaigns with specific selected partners
    • Prepare and release marketing collaterals (value prop, flyers and sales kit..) in collaboration with PTC University marketing
    • Collaborate with PTC University marketing contact to pass marketing leads to our partners
    • Follow up the training reseller program order process and metrics. Maintain the regular promotion of this program with partners.
    • Coordinate and run program quality initiatives:
    o Update quarterly the Scorecard of ATP success metrics globally in terms of quality and performance (instructor certification, class assessment return…)
    o Run global partner survey (set up the survey, distribute and share results) in a comprehensive manner internally and with partners
    o Coordinate and roll out the annual global Partner award program
    • Coordinate changes and keep training program guide up to date and global standard contract template
