    Requirements

    • Proactive professional, with proven experience (3-6years) in a Client/partner interaction role and ability to perform with minimum supervision in multiple projects.
    • Presents a high level of customer service to all customers/partners
    • Proven experience in communication and problem solving skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) including outstanding telephone presence and response to email
    • Excellent English written and verbal skills
    • Experience and interest in coordinating projects
    • Bachelor’s degree and 3-6 years of progressive professional experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Providing reactive daily support to partners facing questions or issues
    o Qualify, analyze and investigate partners questions, request or issues
    o Providing friendly and professional assistance and solutions of the highest quality, primarily via email and ensure effective live assistance when needed
    o Identify and share root causes and actions which may prevent something similar in the future
    o Leverage FAQ and partner resources (Web site) to provide support and educate partners on self-serving
    • Ensure on-boarding and partner’s enablement program for new partners recruited
    o Organize and lead on-boarding and follow up sessions
    o Provide partner program access (licenses, marketing, ptc.com partner logo …)
    • Coordinates program Quality initiatives with our system team (partner database into our system, SFDC automation, quality reports…)
    • Propose proactive support to selected partners for which enablement need to be reinforced
