    Requirements

    In terms of know-how, professional skills and competencies, the position holder will have the following profile:

    • University graduated - economics / technical studies preferred;
    • 2+ years of successful experience in a recruiter position;
    • Proven sourcing skills, using a variety of methods;
    • Experience working in a complex business environment would be an advantage;
    • Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory;
    • Advanced user of Microsoft Office - advanced use of Excel
    • Experience with ERP/SAP is an advantage;

    Responsibilities

    • Manages all recruitment-related matters and actively participates in business planning process in order to align the human resources strategy with the business plans;
    • Monitors and covers the need for personnel, according to approved internal planning;
    • Performs full execution of the recruitment process: position approval, in-take meetings, thorough role understanding, head hunting, job ads, sourcing, job posting, phone/video/ face-to-face interviews, shortlist presentation to the Business, employment offer, communication with candidates and the Business, recruitment administration and applicant database, recruitment process reporting etc. ;
    • Employs traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing creative channels and headhunting ideas;
    • Develops constant pool of internal talents and permanent external candidates pipeline; established long-term partnerships with relevant schools and universities;
    • Manages the induction program of new hires and ensures information support to new employees in their integration process within the company and the department;
    • Monitors job market and prepare analyses / summaries of trends;
    • Monitors competitiveness of HR/recruitment processes with local market practices;
    • Advises hiring managers for talent acquisition;
    • Develops and implements people development plans and strategies that prepare the workforce and management for future business challenges;
    • Drafts reports and analyses HR data to provide meaningful insights to the Business;
    • Compiles data for analysis and reporting, and may perform routine analyses;
    • Maintains HR internal database files and tables, and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of management and staff;
    • Offers support to HR team in other functions of HR, including: Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Internal Communication, Employee Engagement, General HR etc.
