    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Cerinte

    -Essential skills and experience in Quantitative Market Research (preferably to have at least 2 years in a market research institute);
    -Proven ability to communicate findings to a variety of stakeholders ;
    -A relevant university degree; e.g. sociology, mathematics, cybernetics, marketing or statistics;
    -Good experience in working with SPSS, the Office package, especially with Excel (knowledge of XLSTAT and/or programming in VBA will be a plus);
    -Fluent in English, written and spoken; French is a plus ;
    -Talent for visualizing data and presenting it in a compelling way .

    Responsabilitati

    -Scope, drive and communicate scheduled competitive reports and presentations;
    -Deliver on ad-hoc requests from key stakeholders and other departments of the company;
    -Performing data integrity and report accuracy checks as requested;
    -Develop dashboards in alignment with internal customers/partners;
    -Continuously analyze data about end-users to provide better understanding of customer behavior;
    -Perform complex analysis of products (profiles, segmentations) in order to help internal clients to better understand the customers;
    -Come with recommendations to improve the internal working process;
    -Ensure that gained insights are shared with the team members.
