    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Requirements

    -University degree, preferred in Sociology, Anthropology, Economics, Statistics;
    -At least 3 years’ experience in Marketing / Market research. International experience a strong
    advantage (international subjects of research);
    -Essential skills and experience in Quantitative and Qualitative Market Research (preferably to have at least 3 years in the market research field);
    Knowledge of: Statistics / Marketing/ Social Sciences ;
    Good experience in working with SPSS, the Office package, especially with Excel ;
    Ability to logically relate local developments and global issues;
    Talent for visualizing data and presenting it in a compelling way.

    Responsibilities

    -Manage qualitative surveys with international market research institutes, from definition of objective with internal customers and defining the appropriate methodology, to piloting the market research institute during the whole process and attending ad-hoc studies abroad;
    -Analyze statistical data, results of quantitative and qualitative surveys, make synthesis about countries or transversal topics;
    -Make sociological, economic and cultural forecasts trends;
    -Make the analysis, report and oral presentation (qualitative) corresponding to customer needs;
    -Make qualitative analysis and synthesis on brand positioning, customers profiles, transversal cars analysis;
    -Elaborate other analysis and synthesis, based on the client needs;
    -Provide to international and/or regional HQ or countries answers to their requests on market trends and customer behavior.
