    Requirements:

    • Economics studies ( Master degree would be an advantage)
    • English - Fluent
    • Good IT skills (MS Office, Internet)

    Responsabilitati

    Job description:

    • Prepare, check and archive primary documents ( supplier invoices, bank statements, receipts, other documents)
    • Responsible for cash disbursements, expense recording and petty cash reconciliation in accordance with Romanian accounting & fiscal regulations
    • Analyses, checks and prepare accounting records for the above mentioned transactions
    • Ensuring timely invoicing process according to the contracts, expenses details and instructions received from various departments
    • Deal effectively with inquiries on invoicing issues
    • Prepare reports related to the time spent for contracts in progress by staff members using a specific software application
    • Ensuring all filling systems and archive records are accurate and up to date
    • Other duties as assigned
