    Requirements

    •5 – 8 years experience in an executive position
    •Master of Business Administration, if possible accountant expert
    •Good knowledge of English language
    •Good knowledge of German is an advantage
    •Teamwork, communication capacities, good dealing with stress, high rate of reliability respecting the deadlines, discretion, acting goal-oriented, establish priorities.

    Responsibilities

    Objective:

    •Leading Accounting (incl. Tax) department for DAR, DPR & non-resident DRX entities

    Principal activities:

    Accounting

    •Preparation of monthly and yearly statements including support of external auditors
    •Ensure proper accounting according to external and internal regulations
    •Coordination of yearly inventory process.

    Liquidity planning

    •Ensure proper cash management and bank transactions management.
    •Preparation of liquidity planning. Maintain contact to defined banks.

    Taxes and Fees

    •Support tax auditors.
    •Ensure payment of taxes and fees according to local laws and create statistics, evidence.

    Law and contracts

    •Follow development of Romanian law. Responsible for internal contract management.

    Supervision

    •Supervise, mentor and motivate all employees in subordinated departments according to the leadership principles of the company. Make personnel decisions in collaboration with HR department and supervisor.
