Este necesar un background bun tehnic, o persoana inteligenta, dornica sa faca QA, si evident integra. Atentia la taskuri, organizarea si modul analitic de a aborda situatia sunt cerinte obligatorii.

Prima alocare va fi pentru un produs cu o componenta aplicatie de smartphone si o componenta de server + WEB. Nu excludem in viitor alocarea si pe testarea celorlalte produse, implicarea in crearea si mentinerea de teste automate.
Sunt de dorit cunostinte tehnice de Linux, HTTP, XML, macar ceva cunostinte DB/SQL, apeluri de servicii REST. Desigur, orice cunostinte de metodologie QA sunt foarte bune, precum si orice hands on experience in testarea de aplicatii pentru smartphone.
