* Experience in Support or Operation – Basic SAP (min. 1 years);
* Basic SAP knowledge (SD, MM);
* Languages: German & English advanced level;
* Working knowledge of business and computer systems/ software;
* Strong technical ability;
* Excellent customer service skills, strong result and service-oriented person;
* Teamwork capacity and troubleshooting skill.

* Keep track of Idocs in specified monitors;
* Process Idocs with minor issues;
* Contact key user/user to maintain specific master data;
* Providing support to cross-functional issues involving processes and guide end-users in Idoc clearance;
* Documentation of analysis, recommendations, configurations, enhancements, in the provided environment;
* Managing support in social media environment;
* Ability to establish and maintain outstanding relationship with customers, vendors, co-workers and users;
* Availability for traveling.
