Office 365 L3 Support Engineer

O356 support providing support services solving as many incidents as possible within the support team without escalation to additional support groups. The following non-exhaustive list of support functionalities are offered as part of the base service offering. Any additional activities and their potential impact on service delivery are to be discussed during due diligence.

Duties/ Activities:
• Installation and setup:
- Exchange Online: Mailbox migration to Office 365 and Rudimentary coexistence
- SharePoint Online: Permissions and user groups
- Lync Online: Installation and creating contacts
- Microsoft Office Professional Plus: Installation and setup assistance
• Break/fix:
- Configuration failure issues: Domain setup and re-delegation, Microsoft Office Professional Plus application Installation
- Feature or functionality failure of Office 365 core services: Exchange Online, Microsoft Office Professional Plus, SharePoint Online, Lync Online
- Synchronization of on-premises mailboxes: AADConnect, DirSync.
