• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 2 years professional experience required
• Consulting/Business Analyst experience preferred;
• Fluent in English
Financial Analysis
• Supports weekly bookings and metrics reporting and updated forecasts, working closely and collaboratively with other members of the TPG finance and operations teams.
• Maintains database of current customers, tracking their revenue run rate, assets deployed, indicated expansion plans, etc.
• Analyzes historical pipeline activity to better understand the behavior of the pipeline and reports on key health indicators (e.g. coverage ratios, average opportunity length, deal size analysis); maintains prospective pipeline metrics (e.g., scoring of logos) and comparisons to plans
• Provides variance analysis between forecast and plan, identifies risks and upsides, compares to market comps and presents findings to senior management to drive appropriate business actions
• Monitors sales productivity and other key metrics and recommends critical improvements; assists in efforts to improve integrity of sales pipeline
• Supports current year and long range bookings and license revenue planning as part of the company’s long range financial and business planning process.
• Performs ad hoc analyses as needed/requested.
Budget and Expenses Planning and Analysis
• Supports segment budget development and reporting process.
• Analyzes monthly and quarterly budget variances and communicates those to the teams.
• Performs ad hoc budget analyses to insure efficient use of resources.
Interacts primarily with manager, director, and VP levels. Problem Complexity: Works on unusually complex analytical challenges and provides solutions that are highly creative requiring state of the art technical knowledge. Is viewed as in-house expert on specific systems, processes, and/or technologies. Uses independent judgments to accomplish objectives. Freedom to Act: Works independently. The employee regularly provides status, but exerts significant latitude in determining objectives. Strategy and Goal Impact: Contributes to and often leads the development of departmental and organizational goals and objectives / metrics and plans.
