    Cerinte

    • Bachelors Degree in Economics/Statistics/Marketing/Finance and 3 - 6 years of experience, preferably in business analysis, reporting and project management
    • Must be proficient in understanding financial and sales reports and be able to independently analyze, reconcile and prepare monthly/quarterly reports for sales management
    • Excellent analytical and investigative abilities are required
    • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks and initiatives
    • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
    • Proficient in English
    • Demonstrated strengths in accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint), with advanced Excel and Access skills
    • Prior experience with Salesforce.com a plus

    Responsabilitati

    • Support Sales management by preparing data for presentations and status reports from all Major regions in EMEA;
    • Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across departments regarding data availability and the delivery of management reports;
    • Compile information from various sources into comprehensive documents and manipulate large amounts of data from varied sources; combine and conceptualize information to recommend solutions;
    • Transform raw data into meaningful and useful information to reveal operational and performance insights, and to enable effective strategic and tactical decision making;
    • Analyze reports and performance data to provide assessments of trends, and to identify and explain variances from goals and prior periods, and to identify indicators of possible performance issues or changes in future business activities;
    • Produce regular, periodic, and ad hoc business analytics and other reports for Sales management;
    • Assist with the design of new management reports and analytics;
    • Work to continually improve the quality and quantity of management information material;
    • Increase effectiveness, accuracy, and speed of all reporting/analytics requirements by automating reporting requirements;
    • Develop and present recommendations to senior level Sales management;
    • Become well versed and knowledgeable with all sales related tools.
