- Web-Administration (Webserver, Servlet Engines, LDAP, IIS, etc)
- Development of web-based technologies (Java, HTML/CSS, PHP, XML/XSL/DTD, HTML etc.)
- Understanding UML/SysML
- Programming languages : Java, scripting languages (Perl, JS, Korn)
- Knowledge Centered Support (KCS)
- Compuware Dynatrace
You will work as a member of a global team providing support to PTC’s largest and most strategic customers on PTC Integrity®-based ALM systems. To join the team, you must be comfortable in a technical environment and be able to discuss obscure product behavior/features with customers and possess a demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems. There are also account management duties involved with this role; proven communication and organizational skills are a must.
Providing excellent technical support for big/major customers as 1st level Support Engineer by configuring, optimizing our applications from the Integrity Product Family;
Troubleshooting by reproducing the issues faced by customers in test environments; identify possible workarounds; posting of hotfix or patch requests; a close cooperation with R&D exists;
Using your technical and industry-specific IT knowledge to provide extended support activities (on-site visits);
Create and maintain Knowledgebase articles;
Act according to our ISO9001/2008 based support processes.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
1-3 years technical support experience, preferably software support;
Bachelor degree or higher in one of the following: Engineer, Computer Science, Software or IT comparable IT background;
Language skills: Advanced English (additionally German or French);
