Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.
Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)
— Studii superioare;
— Experienta de 1-2 ani de customer service este considerata un avantaj;
— Experienta in FMCG este un avantaj;
— Abilitati de comunicare;
— Abilitatea de a lucra rapid si in conditii de stres;
— Orientarea catre client;
— Cunostinte de MS Office;
— Cunostinte de Limba Engleza la nivel Avansat;
— Cunostinte de Limba Germana - (B1 - C1)
— Limba Maghiara poate constitui un avantaj.
— Intocmirea intregului proces specific Customer Service;
— Contactarea clientilor companiei;
— Mentinerea evidentei preturilor oferite clientilor;
— Procesarea comenzilor;
— Mentinerea evidentei stocului;
— Emiterea notelor de credit/debit;
— Realizarea procesului de facturare;
— Supravegherea procesului de logistica si incasarilor;
— Supravegherea introducerii comenzilor, retururilor si refacturarii acestora in diferitele sisteme de lucru (JDE, Siebel sau EDI);
— Comunicarea proactiva cu clientii in vederea mentinerii unei relatii solide cu acestia prin tratarea problemelor cu profesionalism si rapiditate;
— Urmarirea reclamatiilor si asigurarea corectitudinii notelor de credit/debit;
— Eliminarea intarzierilor la plata;
— Gestionarea notificarilor catre clienti si a litigiilor;
— Urmarirea documentelor si a bazei de date a clientilor;
— Sprijinirea departamentelor de marketing, vanzari si financiar in activitatea de zi cu zi.
