As the business world changes, can you keep the pace?

EY Romania Robotics Process Automation (RPA) team is expanding. We are preparing the digital revolution through software robotics- an innovative initiative which will send the business environment into the future. We are looking for enthusiastic graduates for which we will provide complex training and support for joining our Robotics Competence Center.

How should your profile look like?

First of all, you are a fresh graduate from Cybernetics or Automation and Computers
You must prove proactive problem solving abilities and excellent communication skills, customer handling and inter-personal skills
Excellent command of English language is needed
You will work in a very dynamic consulting environment, so you should have the ability to adapt and priorities and work under pressure, meet deadlines and think ahead and anticipate problems, issues and solutions. You must also have interest in understanding the business environment
Critical thinking is highly appreciated
Your technical interests should be in the programming/software development area.

What exactly will you do?

You will participate in the RPA development phase and post-implementation maintenance/support activities
You will be responsible with the design, development, testing and deployment of the automation workflows, having the ability to analyze complex requirements and define simple technical/functional solutions
You will assess the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands
In fact, you will bring your contribution to a new, futuristic and innovative technical solution that will change the working world as we know it!
