    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Requirements

    − Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
    − Fluent English/ Spanish
    − Good presentational skills and ability to teach and control performance
    − Excellent electronic correspondence skills, with knowledge of basic business research tools
    − Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment;
    − High energy, motivated self-starter
    − Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    − Recruiting of partner companies qualified by ISA team or found in alliance partners/distributor databases
    − Positioning benefits for partners and gathering partner account profile
    − Driving ProPartner Portal & Partner University adoption by partners
    − Discovering partner’s pipeline and keeping it updated from partner side
    − Keeping partners up-to-date on news and promos, checking compliance with ProPartner Program requirements and driving upgrade to next partner level
    − Developing a solid working knowledge of Software products and the benefits they provide to potential and existing partners
    − Providing support to partners including help with licensing and technical issues related to products
    − Updating and maintaining partner accounts in CRM system, experience with Salesforce.com is desirable
    − Performing other duties as assigned
