    What you bring to the team:

    Economic studies;
    Bank experience, prior experience in a related or similar position would be a plus;
    Good knowledge of loan products.

    Responsabilitati

    Your Day-to-Day:

    Provides in writing the information requested by the customers for ING loan products (for retail and MCSE/SME clients);
    Investigates and provides support for all manual transactions and corrections needed in order to settle client’s loan accounts;
    Drafts written answers to customers complaints/requests/litigation requests;
    Interacts with other departments in order to identify the optimal solution to solve the customers’ requests/complaints (Legal, Compliance, Products, Credit Risk, Operations, etc);
    Initiate calls to customers to obtain relevant or additional information, in order to provide the suitable information requested by them and also to obtain the complete satisfaction of customers;
    Interacts with the customers in a professional and polite manner;
    Ensures that all customer inquiries, requests and complaints are solved in the standard turnaround time;
    Manages (investigates, reconciles and instructs corrections) atypical cases of registrations to Central Credit Risk, Electronic Archive for Movable Assets and Credit Bureau;
    Provides and implements solutions to special cases, is involved in the development of new retail products (providing testing, assisting in development processes/ products, maintaining relationships with relevant internal departments);
    Provides support to other departments and team members regarding the lending activity;
    Keeps informed about products, local regulatory requirements in respect of consumer products, procedures and services offered to customer at a certain time (continuous self-training).
