Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

- Multi-year experience in the leading of software projects
- Deep understanding of software development processes (especially Agile methods) and vast experience in the application of project management and presentation techniques
- High analytical skills and creativity
- Systematic and structured approach to the tasks, excellent communication skills, self-initiative, organizational abilities
- Willingness for travel and having fun working with a team
- Good English, German language skills is a nice to have
- Employee leading skills, convincing presence in the front of and assertiveness towards the client
- A feeling for developing a trustful relationship to the client , a result oriented approach
- Education: Informatics, economic-informatics, economics or engineering sciences

- Leading of highly exciting Software Development Projects in the Automotive Environment
- Leading, management and coordination responsibility of projects between 5 – 10 team members
- Ensuring of achieving of time/budget/quality targets
- Active risk management
- Planning and controlling of team members
