Requirements
More about you:
Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
Optionally, post graduate degree in Digital Marketing or Marketing
At least 5 years of experience as Marketing Manager
Strong knowledge about MS office, Web tools (Google Analytics and Adwords, social media, email platforms)
Good English skills.
Digital Marketing certification or hands-on experience
Other skills:
• excellent spoken and written communication skills in Romanian and English
• good organizational, planning and coordination skills
• able to work both independently with limited supervision, as well as a member of a virtual team
• creative thinking
• team player
• drive, motivation and enthusiasm for modern marketing trends and techniques

More about our position:
In charge of the marketing plan for a cluster of countries as well as Digital Marketing Lead for the Group
For the regional marketing plan:
Responsible for planning, development and implementation of the region’s marketing plan, in accordance to agreed objectives and to the HQ’s guidance. The regional marketing plan includes events (own and tradeshows), PR activities, email marketing, thought leadership initiatives, social media
Identification of market trends and needs and ability to convert conclusions to tangible marketing and business deliverables
Good understanding of Lead Generation and Digital Marketing principles
Creation of through-the-line integrated marketing campaigns that shape audience perceptions and drive business results
Localization of marketing collateral (brochures, articles, press releases)
In charge of marketing metrics and relevant reports for the region
Management and monitoring of the brand guidelines and company reputation. He/she should understand the environment of a high-tech B2B company and know how to work in cross-functional teams
As a Digital Marketing Lead:
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Digital Marketing, responsible for the digital marketing assets and initiatives of the company, such as the corporate website (CMS responsibility), SEO, PPC
