Global Production Reporting Analyst

Main target is the support of the Global Production Director and Head of Global Production and Supply Chain Controlling during budget, forecast and actual cycles as well as the support regarding project controlling, especially GroWin, and ad hoc analyses. Without this position, there is the risk that decision relevant data for the top management cannot be delivered in time in full or temporary external support is needed.

Key job functions:

• Support of organization & coordination of SIG wide internal sleeve & spout production related controlling processes as well as functional reporting with focus on the future as well on year on year comparisons.
• Planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation monthly results of global production KPI’s incl. reporting
• Support development and maintenance of global inventory sleeves controlling
• Support development and standardization of new GP related reporting & controlling tools and systems
• Support project controlling, e.g. reporting of GP related GroWin projects
• Support Head of Global Production & Supply Chain Controlling in ad hoc analyses

Requirements for the job:

• Experience in a similar role (Supply Chain, Production/Manufacturing industry)
• Bachelor degree in business administration or economics
• English language; German language is a plus
• Experience in a similar role
• SAP basic skills (FI/CO)
• Excel – advanced level
