    Job description
     
    Responsibilities

    • Reconciliation of transit accounts(both Affiliate & GMED books) – investigation and review of issues
    • Support  main customer (GMED) in Base Inventory reconciliation investigate & correct differences
    • Track  issues  with all  necessary details including suggestion for solution based on  information from all parties involved
    • Support  accounts reconciliations and prepare repairing journal entries in order to clean the balances
    • Conduct basic research improving related issues
    Accountabilities
    • Ensure that all Sales orders are timely processed and posted into GL, making sure that sales recognition terms are met by  Month End
    • Cooperate with other A2R GFS teams (Reporting, MD, IC, GL, VAT)
    • Perform testing  of new processes/ acquisitions before the Go-live

    Qualifications
    Required: 
    • Financial & accounting/ IT / Supply chain  background
    • MS Office (
    • Advanced MS Excel knowledge required (Pivot, VLOOKUP…)
    • Advanced level of written and oral English
    • Stress resistant – ability to work under preassure
    • Organized – good time management & able to set priorities
    • Very good team player, assertive and result oriented
    • Strong adaptability skills
     
    Advantages:
    • JDE 8.12, SQL database
    • Bachelor / Master in Finance / IT / Supply chain
    • Understanding of IT requirements
