Role Overview
The Multichannel Advisor is responsible for the definition and implementation of a multichannel marketing strategy in alignment with overall CEE Multichannel Strategy in order to achieve highest Customer Loyalty performance. He/she is responsible for overall management of the Multichannel and Digital Marketing activities (and team) to support and grow the business in line with the company goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for preparation and execution of OpCo Multichannel Strategy (based on CEE Multichannel Strategy)
- Planning, verification and adaptation of resources according to short-term and long-term multichannel strategy (budget, headcounts, external vendors)
- Act as subject matter expert on multichannel marketing towards the Country Value Team, suggesting the right channels/activities to engage with specific stakeholder groups
- Drive change by ensuring that Multichannel is embedded in the brand planning process and brand performance metrics
- Develop/conduct ongoing educational programs and recommend changes to marketers competences
- Develop partnerships with right 3rd parties to increase Janssen brands footprint on the web to extend the reach to our resources and content
- Contribute to the promotion of the strategy and multichannel initiatives in CEE/EMEA
- Facilitate proactive interaction and sharing of good practice in CEE/EMEA
- Manages the budget effectively aligning the expectations of the direction
- Monitoring e-market and competitor e-trends to evaluate Janssen business opportunities (Competitive Intelligence)
Qualifications
Our Requirements:
- Acquired University Degree (Bachelor or equivalent), preferably in a relevant business-related discipline (marketing/e-marketing)
- Previous experience in e-Marketing (min. 2 years), experience in online marketing with a proven track record in developing effective digital strategies and delivering successful online campaigns
- Areas of expertise should include one or more of the following:
- Development of online platforms
- Marketing Automation
- Mobile Solutions
- Content Management, SEO, SEM
- Social Media campaigns
- Online transmissions (webinars)
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
- Self-motivated, innovative with an inspiring personality
- Strong analytical, communicational and planning skills
- Highly developed presentational and organizational skills
- Flexibility, fast adaptation, openness and pro-activity
- People/team management experience: motivating, coaching
