Transportation Supervisor - Spanish speaker

• Experience of transportation or operations in the Travel/Hospitality industry;
• Management/Supervisory experience;
• Proven people and leadership skills;
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills;
• Excellent organising skills and ability to prioritise;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Attention to details;
• Problem solving skills;
• Advanced knowledge of English language;
• Advanced knowledge of Spanish language;
• Good Working knowledge of MS Office .

• Educate and familiarise self with knowledge of product and suppliers;
• Have proficient knowledge of internal procedures and ensure application of these procedures;
• Coordinate the activities of the team to ensure effective allocation of work and use of resources;
• Administer monthly scheduling;
• Monitor team performance and take corrective action where necessary;
• Improve quality and efficiency of the staff;
• Resolve escalated queries/complaints;
• Provide training to team members;
• Identify ways to improve and streamline processes;
• Ensure good communication with colleagues and management;
• Assign work to staff based on their current tasks;
• Report to department manager.
