Mazars Romania is looking to recruit on behalf of its client, an international company active in the process industry, for its office in Bucharest, a dynamic and self-driven professional suited for the position of Office Assistant.
Your profile:
¬ University degree;
¬ 1+ years’ experience in a similar role;
¬ Proficiency in English, German would be a plus;
¬ Good computer skills (MS Office, particularly PowerPoint);
¬ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential documents and information;
¬ Good analysis skills ensuring a high level of accuracy;
¬ Attention to details, analytical mind with strong planning and organizational skills;
¬ Ability to work structured & organized;
¬ Good communication and strong interpersonal skills;
¬ Have a friendly and engaging personality;
¬ Team player, self-motivated, able to multitask and work independently.
¬ Availability to travel.
The responsibilities of the Office Assistant will be:
¬ To carry out all administrative tasks of the company, including written correspondence, preparation of reports, archiving, answer calls and transfer to the appropriate staff member, etc;
¬ To greet clients and suppliers and to direct them to the correct staff members;
¬ To be the contact person for customers, suppliers and authorities;
¬ To organize business trips and to coordinate agendas;
¬ To help maintain an efficient office environment;
¬ To prepare proper reports of performed hours;
¬ To act the interface role between staff and management;
¬ To manage the orders and to process invoices in compliance with the set guidelines;
¬ To enter data into ERP and CRM application;
¬ To issue invoices from ERP application;
¬ To fulfil tasks regarding primary accounting evidences;
¬ To perform document recording and booking;
¬ To check the employees’ time records;
¬ To manage the preparation of the timesheet and delivery in due time to the payroll provider;
¬ To maintain personnel administration files;
¬ To perform assigned tasks according to employer’s guidelines correctly and precisely.
