Our platform allows marketers to grow the performance of their website with 4 features: A/B testing, personalization, surveys and advanced segmentation

Proven experience as marketing manager or similar role
Previous experience in all aspects of online marketing
Solid understanding of market research
Analytical, data-driven skills are a must
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Entrepreneurial spirit

Increase revenue generation from inbound sources
Reduce costs where possible
Oversee and direct the efforts of the marketing team

Team management
Have regular team meetings & briefings
Have 1 on 1 meetings with each team member
Handle workload balance for each member
Create and maintain a pleasant working environment
Set goals and inspire the team to achieve them
Recruit new team members
Marketing strategy
Leverage data and analytics to drive insights
Create short & long term marketing plans
Create marketing budget forecasts
Have clear goals and track their progress
Implementing

Marketing campaigns
Copywriting
Optimizations (SEO/CRO)
Social media communication
Wireframes & other design briefs
Tracking & Reporting
Keep a close relation with the CEO and other decision makers
