    Responsibilities

    You will be responsible with:
    Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
    Maintains customer records by updating account information.
    Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

    We are offering:
    1. English and Italian Speakers (2000 - 2200 net salary; the working schedule is from 11:00am to 08:00 pm, Monday to Friday)
    2. English and French Speakers (2400 - 2500 net salary; the working schedule is from 11:00am to 08:00 pm, Monday to Friday)
    3. English Speakers (around 1800net salary; the working schedule is from 04:00pm to 12:00 am, Monday to Friday/ 11:00 am to 08:00 pm, Monday to Friday)
