    Requirements

    • University degree
    • At least 5 years of experience in real estate sales, Experience in deal closing, a deal maker
    • Extensive knowledge of the residential market
    • Good command of both written and spoken Romanian/ English
    • Strong management and interpersonal skills
    • Result & quality orientation
    • Customer focus
    • Practical-minded, dynamic and high analytical thinking skills
    • Having a valid driving license type B
    • Reliable, energetic, self-starter , highly-motivated, team player
    • Able to juggle multiple tasks and meet pressure deadlines

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinates the sale activity of the assets throughout the country;
    • Analysis local market trends and competitor activity to identify leads
    • Preparing proposals that result from customer visits within the framework of prices and agreements
    • Establishes and maintains ties with real estate brokers, specialized web sites;
    • Develops & proposes marketing strategies in order to sale apartments (website, mail-outs);
    • Coordinates the preparation of all documents necessary for selling properties;
    • Contracts negotiation,
    • Prepares Estimated Annual Budget vs. Achieved Budget and performance indicators;
    • Coordinates the work flows and supervision of staff;
