    Cerinte

    • University degree
    • Fluent English (spoken and written)
    • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • Pro-active, determined, creative attitude
    • Problem solving skills
    • Knowledge of labour legislation would be considered an advantage

    Responsabilitati

    • Collect all documents required for the individual file
    • Keep up to date the personnel files according to the legal provisions and internal requirements
    • Filling in and updating the HRIS database with all relevant info related to staff movements (in, out, promotions, etc.)
    • Assisting new joiners/leavers with relevant paper work and procedures
    • Preparation and confirmation of various requested documents for employees
    • Dealing with the Safety and Security aspects (SSM and PSI)
    • Supporting the implementation of new programs and procedures
    • Coordinating the relationship with the providers of medical services
