• Good knowledge on Object Oriented design
• Strong proficiency in Java (JEE)
• Experience with Spring Framework
• Experience with AngularJS
• Willingness to work on TDD process and pair programming or other process specific product needs
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English (speaking/reading/writing)

• Define/analyze the product requirements, write/read functional and design specifications, write/support the code
• Adhere to internal processes during the whole development cycle requirements, designs, test automation, implementation, support, etc.
• Define estimates and plans for software delivery in conjunction with the Project Manager
• Amend and refine custom solutions on-site in an agile manner
• Perform code reviews to other team members and receive code reviews of your code
• Help document best practices in developing and deploying solutions, and feed them into the knowledge base for reuse by the team, customers and partners
