General Requirements:
 Demand an academic degree minimum on bachelor degree in telecommunications, information technology, information engineering, computer science, applied electronics, automatic control and other relevant area.
 Require more than 4 years experience in telecommunication, information technology, or other relevant area.
 Need good communication and presentation skills in English language.
 Need excellent teamwork abilities and interpersonal skills.
 Need adaptability for participating projects aboard.

Professional Requirements:
 Understand any of the mobile telecommunication fundaments and principles: GSM, CDMA, UMTS, WiMAX or LTE.
 Familiar with radio access network planning and optimization tools.
 Have experience on radio access network planning and optimization.

Job Responsibilities:
 Prepare technical service solutions and strategies for radio access network capacity, coverage and performance.
 Provide cellular design and optimization to achieve acceptance target
 Provide network performance improvement and management for commercial network.
 Deliver validation testing for radio access network by collaborating with customer and R&D.
