Higher Education
2 years experience in direct marketing/e-marketing environment
Marketing Project Management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Ability to work in a remote team
Excellent organizational and administrative skills, attention to detail and focus on results
Team player with a pro-active “can do” mentality
Ability to self-manage, with strong organizational and planning skills
High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm and commitment
Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic, international environment and willingness and openness to learn
Ability to work in a high pressured, fast moving and challenging environment
Good working knowledge of excel
Experience with HTML, CSS & Javascript and other website languages and tools
Easily familiar and at ease with new applications/tools
Knowledge of and experience with Web 2.0
Ability to write marketing text for email marketing, flyers, web in English (an advantage)

Responsabilitati

Being the HTML/eMarketing expert within the OU EMEA Marketing team
Overall responsibility for the content accuracy of the Oracle University EMEA external websites in cooperation with the OU Global Web Team
Website Monthly Reporting and Project Tracking
Maintainance and further development of the OU Partner Portal
Implementation of OU section within customer-specific Oracle Portals
Create, add, maintain and report back on Oracle University AdWord campaigns on Google
Creation, support and maintenance of internal sites – blogs, intranet, wikis
Assistance in developing social media presence throughout the web
Project manage Oracle University Campaigns across multiple countries in EMEA
Preparation of bi-weekly eblast reports to the Marketing Managers
Creation of online surveys and landing pads, with content provided by the Marketing Managers
Support of OUEMEA Marketing Managers on campaigns, web and other marketing projects as they arise
