The Lead Mobile Developer designs and develops customer-oriented mobile apps in an Agile environment. Also, leads a team of developers to develop industry-leading mobile applications. Actively shaping a dev-ops-oriented future for App Development. The lead should know all the facets of agile development with Scrum and have extensive experience in mobile product development. The Lead Developer should have a sustainable experience in mobile development for iOS and / or Android, and the Web Services Development (REST API/JSON). At the beginning of the project you will have 1 month knowledge transfer in Barcelona, Milano or Bruxelles.

MANDATORY SKILLS:

- Technical design and development of customer-oriented mobile application systems on various platforms (iOS, Android, REST APIs);
- Lead a Mobile Development team;
- Experience with Apps with fast-paced release cycles;
- Deep knowledge in Agile and Scrum frameworks with experience in Product releases;
- Driver of quality indicators, promote the integration of non-functional testing (security, performance, UX) into continuous integration cycle;
- Create integration environment, testing and deployment strategies for the Mobile Development Team;
- Lead prototypes initiatives – understand the need and the effect of Proof of Concept strategies;
- Work with the Product Owner, Scrum Masters, UX designers, security specialists, internal and external developers and other groups to identify technical and functional needs;
- Be able to work in a global environment with mixed teams and mixed cultures at different time zones;
- Experience with best industry standards – applying coding guidelines;
- Level 3 Support of Apps for customer-Mobile and ensure a high level of production stability;
- Able to plan and provide appropriate software documentation;
- Master fluent in English(German is a plus);
- Understanding of complex data structures and information;
