Marketing Specialist - Imprezzio Global

JOB PROFILE in a nutshell:

Imprezzio Global is seeking for a passionate and determined Marketing Specialist for a long term collaboration.  

You will be the main responsible for the marketing activities within Imprezzio Global, this includes branding, online and offline marketing, PR and not only. You will work closely with Imprezzio Global’s management and our sales department.

Your RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to: 

• Creating, implementing and monitoring the overall company’s marketing plan
• Planning and implementing marketing activities and campaigns as part of our sales strategy
• Developing and maintaining the company's sales related marketing items (brochure, white papers, case studies, etc.)
• Support our sales department in achieving sales targets based on the agreed marketing and communication plan
• Managing our social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Copy writing and content writing (newsletters, Facebook, blog posts, etc.)
• Creating and monitoring SEO and online marketing campaigns (Facebook and Google AdWords) for Imprezzio Global’s account and the clients in our marketing portfolio 
• Maintaining a strong relation with suppliers (promotional items, logistics for events, print houses, etc.) and stakeholders (press & media, authorities, internal departments, etc.)
• Ensuring that all creative marketing materials adhere to our branding guidelines
• Ensuring all events and initiatives are within budget and deadlines

To join us, you must meet the following REQUIREMENTS: 

• Plus 4 years’ experience in a similar position
• Experience in working closely with the sales department
• Working knowledge with different marketing processes (branding, event management, PR, offline marketing, etc.)
• Social media know-how (SEO, Facebook and Google AdWords, Google Analytics or other similar tools)
• Prior experience in the software industry is considered a plus
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and mediation skills 
• Proactive and positive attitude
• Attention to details
