-    4 IT services supporting business processes to 9 countries in France, Europe and AMEA

[Context of this job opportunity]

The CoE’s team in Bucharest consists in a team of IT Project Managers and a team of Supply Chain Consultants delivering projects initiated by the Domain Managers in France and aiming at supporting Orange affiliates.

You will be working in the Supply Chain Consultants' team, reporting to this team’s manager.

As a Supply Chain Consultant, you will be responsible for deploying Group Supply Chain IT applications and processes across Orange affiliates (from kick-off to post go-live support), supporting Domain Managers on various projects and working closely with CoE IT Project Managers and Orange affiliates’ business stakeholders.

[What you will be doing]

Project Management:
•    Understand business requirements and business specifications, and ensure that business specifications are clear
•    Make gap analysis between core model designed centrally and affiliates’ constraints/needs 
•    Create and present a scope and a project plan to all stakeholders, taking relevant constraints into account
•    Coordinate the deployment & rolling out of projects from end to end (in collaboration with the Domain Managers)
•    Create and maintain all required project documents (e.g.: minutes of the meeting, process documentation, points of contact, status reports)
•    Facilitate an appropriate level of communication and governance around the project. (follow up and report on the project progress status)
•    Work closely with Domain Managers in order to identify the project requirements & define the project approach & follow up
•    Direct reporting to a local Team Leader
•    Direct reporting to Domain Managers in terms of project status


[Who we are looking for]

Professional background & qualifications:
•    Solid experience implementing/ supporting ERP or application roll out and implementation with business knowledge
•    Experience in full life-cycle implementations working on all facets from system design to post go live support preferred
•    Proficient English is mandatory
•    French is very much appreciated
•    Experience in a multicultural environment is an advantage
•    Work experience as a project manager is an advantage
•    Advanced knowledge of Excel is a must
•    University Degree

•    Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to effectively communicate with business users, stakeholders, technical teams and various levels of management. This includes communicating in a clear and concise manner, along with the ability to recognize your audience and tailor communication accordingly
•    Must be able to operate in a fast-paced organization and handle multiple projects simultaneously
•    Must have the ability to complete assignments within time frame
•    Must be able to interact effectively and cooperatively with employees at all levels
•    Autonomous person, able to control and deliver projects in complex environments
•    Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently
•    The ability to create thorough documentation and reports is a must
•    Experience in testing developed applications is required
•    Availability for travel is required (up to 30% of the time)
